GW7F-800/1100 kV disconnector
1), the main blade adopts horizontally reverse type structure. The main blade reverse device adopts self-designed fork sliding reverse device, tiny impulse when closing blade, simple working principle with fewer parts and components, highly reliable operation.
2), in product main loop circuit and earthing loop circuit system, except movable static contact head is moving contact, the rest of conductive contact surfaces are fixed contact. All conductive contact surfaces are adopting silver-plated and tin-plated treatment. The main blade moving contact board and static contact fingers adopt copper plate of T2y type. Contact fingers adopt U-shaped external-pressured spring structure. The compressed spring is made of stainless steel, treated with isolating measures for insulation. The product contact fingers and contact head are all adopting hard-silver plated treatment. Effective measures have been taken to ensure silver-plated coating ≥ 20 μm, hardness ≥ 120 HV.
3), the product base is made of integrated steel pipe structure. Each phase adopts three columns structure, which effectively avoid damage to the disconnector caused by inconsistent ground subsidence.
4), the equipped earthing blade adopts single arm, straight plug-in type earthing switches, with moving contact stick into rose-shaped static contact head of the mesh structure, contact pressure produced by loop contact-finger spring which laterally fixed on static contact-head, more contact points, strong conductivity. Double four levers structure design realized switching operation of earthing blade. Heavy hammer is adopted to effectively balance the gravity of earthing blade, stable when disconnector opening and closing, easy and effortless operation.
5), rotation and transmission links: Bearing pedestal is designed with wholly-sealed structure, adopting upper and lower double sealed channel, which can effectively prevent rain and dust from corrosion to rotating bearing. The surface of bearing pedestal will be painted with sufficient wide temperature lubricant grease of which working environment range from -60°C to +120°C, in order to avoid lubrication malfunction in extremely hot and cold regions. All transmission shaft pin is made of stainless steel; transmission links adopt greaseless bearing and isolating greaseless bearing; transmission joint adopts joint bearing, which can effectively avoid shaft rust to ensure long-term and convenient operation of product.
6), mechanical interlocking between main blade and earth blade is realized by cam plate structure installed on main blade and earth blade shaft in middle phase pedestal. Interlocking device can provide strong mechanical strength, direct manipulation and reliable interlocking.
7), operating mechanism used CJTKC type turbine and worm gear motor operated mechanism, it has the following characteristics.
a, joint venture product is used and imported from Italy, a full set of ZK type cone enveloping speed reducer manufacturing technology, specializing in manufacturing and design of Level Two turbine and worm gear aluminum shell casting speed reducer, durable, noiseless and stable operation.
b, electrical components are provided by famous domestic enterprises or joint ventures to ensure the quality of electrical components.
c, all motor operated mechanism are used in stainless steel cabinet, spraying and painting special anti-corrosion coatings after surface brushed treatment, effectively protect motor operated mechanism against rust in long term operation.
d, outlet shaft adopts maze-type rainproof design, with the use of increasing convex and maze design, enhancing waterproof and dustproof performance in connector of motor operated mechanism.
8), all steel-made parts adopt stainless steel or hot dip galvanized treatment, including parts and components, of which size and dimension has been stipulated. Casted iron components are forbidden to ensure anti-corrosion performance on metal surface.
9), exposed isolating materials adopt new materials with good performance in anti-ageing, such as silicon rubber, polyformaldehyde, PTFE, etc. to ensure normal usage of isolating components without ageing in long term operation.
10), in order to meet requirement of series compensation project bypass disconnector switching high parameters current transfer, we specially installed a vacuum circuit breaker in one side of static contact-head on disconnector, at the same time, arc connector and auxiliary connector are installed. The disconnector has already firstly successfully passed 7 kV, 6300 A, 100 times opening and closing switching current test held by National High Voltage Apparatus Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The mentioned structure has been applied for national patent, and will be applied in EHV, AC, expansion project and demonstration project by SGCC.
