GW5 Ⅲ Series disconnector is researched and developed by ourselves based on over 20 years production GW5 II , a new-style disconnector which has reached the perfect requirements of SGCC, mainly focusing on design perfection in loop circuit heating, improvement in conductive reliability, prevention for driving parts failure, protection against rust and corrosion on bearing pedestal, simplified installation on construction site, debugging, etc. GW5 Ⅲ Series is 2 columns, horizontally rotary, single break type disconnector, including 3 single poles, of which is V-shaped and double column structure. It is constituted with pedestal, pillar insulator and conductive part. There are 2 pillar insulators with an angle of 50 degree respectively fixed on the bearing pedestal connected with the base, driven by a set of 4 linkages mechanism. Conductive blade consists of left and right contact-head, which separately fixed on pillar insulator.
Product Features
1), it adopts external-pressured contact-finger structure, appearance with silver plated treatment. Conductive linkage adopts square-shaped aluminum tube, enlarging heating dissipation area and improving conductive reliability with tin-plated treatment.
2), it adopts a new type contact head and finger, larger contacting area compared with the original contact head and finger, enables it to better heat dissipation, eliminate impact from skin effect, good self-cleaning and counter-corrosion. This structure makes the contact head deeply inserted into the finger, which greatly improve reliability of electric conductivity.
3), wiring block and wiring terminal are connected with fixed flexible connection. The wiring terminal upper ends and lower ends adopt isolating shaft to ensure reliable conductivity and flexible rotation. Wiring terminal and the outlet column adopts an integrated structure, reducing a possible heat dissipation spot.
4), Bearing pedestal is designed with wholly-sealed structure, adopting up-down double channel sealed, which can effectively prevent rain and dust from corrosion to rotating bearing. The surface of bearing pedestal will be painted with sufficient wide temperature lubricant grease of which working environment range from -60°C to +120°C, in order to avoid lubrication malfunction in extremely hot and cold regions.
5), all rotary shaft pins are made of stainless steel. Rotary parts are imported IGUS Engineering Plastic Bearings from Germany instead of copper shaft. The transmission system adopts stainless steel joint bearing, which can effectively avoid rust on rotary shaft and ensure long-term easy and flexible operation of the product.
